Message	:Has anyone ever experienced the oil dip-stick being pushed up out of the holder? I smelled some burning oil today under the hood and saw a minor amount of oil splattered on the dipstick side of the engine. Also noted the dip stick out a couple inches or so from its sleeve. I put it back in after checking the level and cleaning off the splattered oil. I gave the underside a visual, and when I was certain there was no drastic leak I drove the car several miles, rechecked it and no oil anywhere, level fine, pressure fine, temp fine, dipstick in place. Can that happen when you get on the accelerator hard?? I had the same issue two weeks ago, I changed PCV, still would pop out, turned down the boost, 12psi still would pop out. the fix turned out to be to get a new DipStick. I would buy a new Dipstick since it is not that exp.. Just my 2 cents.. Good Luck...
